Here is some information you'll want to know!
Booking March and onward
Before submitting your “Request Availability & Quote” form, glance at the provided calendar below for an idea of available dates: Red lines or dots indicated UNAVAILABLE date.
In person appearances are available for booking on weekends (Sat & Sun) while most virtual calls are available any day of the week. If you would like to host your party or event on Mon - Fri please reach out to see if this can be accommodated. If not, a backup option will be offered.
Note that not all UNAVAILABLE dates may be reflected on the calendar at a given moment-- parties may be pending or finalizing confirmation behind the scenes as the calendar is continually being updated. Pending dates are listed at a first come, first serve availability for whomever completes their booking contract and sends payment first. You will be contacted shortly after you submit a booking request form to either confirm your date or with alternative options.
Upon receiving your booking contract via email, you will have 1 week to submit payment and return the completed contract in order to secure your party date. If payment and contract are not received within a week, you will be notified that your pending status is lost and you will need to resubmit a booking request form.
Once a completed booking contract & payment are received, a confirmation summary will be emailed to you. Only then is your party date officially secured. If you paid the Total Event Amount in full, no further actions are required.
If you paid only the reservation deposit, your remaining balance will be due 1 week out from your event.
Any unpaid balance less than 5 days prior to the event date will result in a cancellation
**A benefit to paying your total amount upfront is to avoid possibly having your appearance cancelled if the deadline is not met**
Once fully confirmed, follow-up email will be sent about a week out from your party to communicate final details.
